What is the MyCompHealth digital portal?

MyCompHealth is a centralized, mobile-friendly online portal that houses all your information to manage your locum tenens assignments with CompHealth, from filling out your application to entering and tracking your time. Our goal is to make your experience with CompHealth easier, faster, and more efficient.

How do I enroll/access MyCompHealth?

To access MyCompHealth, click on the Sign In link that can be accessed on any page of the CompHealth website. If this is your first time accessing the portal, you can create an account or contact your recruiter and they can help you enroll.

What information is available to me through the portal?

Think of it as your hub for all the details related to your current and future assignments. It’s accessible 24/7 and offers real-time updates. This includes your schedule, assignment information (such as who to contact, where to park, dress code, etc.), and travel details with downloadable itineraries. The portal also houses all assignment information for previously completed assignments, including documents you have uploaded for credentialing purposes such as copies of your training records and certificates.

Is my personal information private and secure?

Yes. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, and we follow industry best practices for data security.

What can I do in the portal?

The MyCompHealth provider portal is where you’ll do almost everything needed when working locums assignments with us, beginning with the online application. It’s where you’ll enter your CV and work history, track your time, and upload documents needed for credentialing, such as copies of your driver’s license, diplomas, and training certificates.

Why should I use the MyCompHealth portal?

It allows us to stay better connected. The portal gives you quick access to the contact information for your entire support team — from payroll to travel concierge. It increases the ease with which you can share information and upload documents, and it simplifies all processes involved in working locum tenens assignments.

What do I do if any of my information on the portal is incorrect or if I forget my username/password?

Your recruiter is your point of contact for any portal-related issue. They’ll make sure your information in the portal is accurate and up-to-date, and they can help you reset your login credentials if you need help.

Who do I contact if I’m having technical issues?

Contact your recruiter. You can also use the Site Feedback link on our website to report any problems you’re having with the MyCompHealth portal.

Which browsers are supported by the portal?

All browsers are supported by the portal, but older versions of Internet Explorer may struggle. For the best user experience, access the portal with latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.

How often are new features added to the portal?

We are constantly adding new features to ensure your portal experience is as smooth as possible.

Who do I contact if I have an idea for portal improvements?

We’d love to hear your suggestions! To share your idea with us, contact your recruiter or use the Site Feedback link on our website.
