$15 - $41/hr Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. Description

This opportunity is set to start asap for 12-13 weeks or until the facility can hire a full time employee. If the provider works in 2 facilities on the same day, travel time and mileage is paid. Candidates must be licensed in Indiana and have previous skilled nursing experience.
