Description

We are looking for an experienced Pediatric Hematology-Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to serve this unique patient population which will be groundbreaking for us. Our services will be expanding into the pediatric hematology/oncology population starting this Fall. Our progressive health system offers precepting opportunities and is distinguished in many areas with a rapidly growing oncology service line. All candidates must have, at minimum, their Bachelors in Pharmacy and hold either a PGY2 Pediatric Oncology Residency training or have equivalent experience. Must work towards obtaining a BCOP within one year of hire if certification is not already held. Located in Northern IN approximately 2 hours away from South Bend, our community boasts a low cost of living and plenty of outdoor activities with over 400 natural lakes for relaxing getaways.
