Description

Inpatient Pharmacy Operations Manager needed in Eastern Virginia We are looking for an Inpatient Pharmacy Operations Leader for our hospital Pharmacy Department in Virginia. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and distributive activities within the pharmacy to ensure safe, appropriate, cost-effective medication therapies for patients. This leader will work closely with the Pharmacy leadership team to develop and execute department strategic and operational plans while collaborating with other department leaders on process quality measurement and improvement initiatives. There is tremendous room for growth in this position. All candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of inpatient experience with some direct or indirect leadership experience and a track record of being a positive team player focused on building culture.
