Our client, a very progressive academic health system with a Level I Trauma Center & Pharmacy Residency Programs in place, has an opening for a permanent Manager of Outpatient & Specialty Pharmacy Operations to work in tandem with other pharmacy leaders in the health system as they continue their tradition of excellence. The qualified candidate will have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy with a related PGY1 Pharmacy Residency & at least a year of either retail, specialty, outpatient, or ambulatory care pharmacy management experience. Will consider recent PGY2 Pharmacy Administration graduates. MO licensed candidates or those already in process will be given strong preference. Must obtain a relevant Board Certification within 2 years of hire if no Board Certification is held at the time of application. Ideally looking for someone with PGY1/2 Pharmacy Residency training and years of Outpatient & Specialty Pharmacy Manager experience. This low cost of living centrally located community also has a major international airport right close by for travel purposes.
